Slightly pricey but a wonderful experience . The lift itself made me think I was james in the glass elevator and your going to come flying out of the top. Truly unique and very special experience. There is a brief history before you get to the lift and some immersive experiences. All in all a great experience

The whole place was fab.-shopping restaurants- history and museum. The lit was the piece de la resistance! Got to see the whole of London. Easy access via tube.

Great place yo visit. Nice eateries. Lift 109 gave great views of London. Sadly, the lift only stayed a short time at the top.

Overpriced!!! They bump the trip up by making you wait and go through some pointless exhibitions... 5 mins in a lift at the top... Try to flog you photos and drinks you won't have time to drink! Save your money and just go up the shard or walky talky for a drink!!!

Queued for an hour to be told that there a power cut so the lift was out of order. Waited for it to be fixed, eventually left and will apply for a refund. Ironic that an ex power station facility lost power.

Unique experience of riding up a power station chimney to a height of 109m. 360 degree views from large glass lift. It's necessary to book online and we had a long wait for the lift, of about 40 minutes (not the advertised 15 minutes!)

Our tickets were not accepted even though we had bought them through a trusted third-party. Unfortunately there was a technical problem. The only way they were prepared to let us in was if we bought a second lot of tickets which would’ve meant paying twice ! Having spoken to the fantastic customer service team at Battersea Power Station (not related to Lift 109 at all) they advised us to go to the rooftop of l’artotel just around the corner and get an incredibly similar experience for free. I would advise you to save your pennies and do the same!

Wonderful views across London, even in dire February weather. Fun trip up one of the light filled towers of Battersea Power Station, and then the lift 'pops out of the top' giving you excellent views. Helpful maps point out the buildings of interest etc. We enjoyed it and would like to explore the Power Station and the area around it when the weather is better.
